Highly branched gum collected from Acacia Senegal or Acacia Seyal trees, supports emulsification with less thickening

DISTINCTIVE STRENGTH

Handles substantial dissolved solids without becoming excessively thick, while selected grades stabilize tiny flavor-oil droplets

How it is made

Natural gum exudate is collected, sorted and cleaned. Refined grades are dissolved, filtered, heat-treated and spray-dried; agglomeration improves dispersion.

Applications

Flavor emulsions, spray-dried flavors and colors, confectionery, beverage fiber enrichment, coatings and tablet binding.
