Water-soluble phosphate salts used to manage pH, supply minerals and support formulation stability

DISTINCTIVE STRENGTH

Provide flexible pH buffering without adding sodium, with mono- and dipotassium forms suited to different formulation needs

How it is made

Phosphoric acid is neutralized with a potassium source in controlled proportions, then crystallized and dried.

Applications

Dairy beverages, non-dairy creamers, nutritional drinks, powdered mixes, fermentation media and plant nutrition.
